Rhodes Airport or Diagoras International Airport is located in the North west part of the island near the village of Kremasti and about 15 kilometres southwest of the island’s capital Rhodes Town.
The airport has seen an increase in passenger arrivals over recent years and is now Greece’s third largest airport handling approx. 3 million passengers every year, the vast majority arriving in the summer months on Charter flights from across Europe.

Driving Directions for Rhodes Airport:
By Car: From the city of Rhodes, the well-signposted airport is reached via the coast road. By Bus: Buses run regularly from the northern car park (300 m from the terminal) to the city of Rhodes, Paradhissi, Kalavardha, Theologos and Salakos between 05.55 am and 11.20 pm. Timetables are available at the information desk. Many hotels offer a shuttle bus service. The trip takes roughly 20 minutes and costs € 1.80. By Taxi: There is a taxi rank (Tel: +30 22410 27 66 6) in front of the terminal building. The trip into the city centre takes roughly 25 minutes and costs around € 15, ensure you agree on the fare before setting off.
